Terms And Conditions of Busines:

1. The website is operated by Potteries Antique Centre Limited ( referred to as PAC ) 271 Waterloo Road Cobridge Stoke on Trent ST6 3HR, Registered in England. Your contract for purchases made from this website is governed by the Terms and Conditions listed below: 1. We try to ensure the prices of the products listed on our website are accurate and if an error has been discovered in the price of the goods you have ordered, we will notify you immediately and give you an option of reconfirming the order at the correct price or cancelling the order. If you have cancelled an order that you already paid for, then you will receive a full refund for it. 2. No contract exists between you and Potteries Antique Centre until the the product ordered is dispatched to you. A confirmation email will be sent to you as an acceptance by Potteries Antique Centre of an offer made by you to buy the goods from Potteries Antique Centre. This confirmatory email will contain all the statutory information concerning your contract. 3. We recommend you to to check the contents of the confirmatory email sent to you and save a copy of it as a receipt of the purchase made. Returns And Exchange Policy 1. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase you can return your item(s) within seven days for a full no quibble refund. 2. If any products are in any way damaged or not as the description we offer a full imediate refund including shipping charges. 3. Customers will be charged shipping on any refunded product(s). 4. You will have 7 days to request a refund i.e 7 days after the item has been shipped to you as verified by the tracking number. Please allow a minimum of 48 hours for your credit to appear on your credit card. And please allow a minimum of 2 weeks for any refund cheques to arrive. 5. All sales will therefore be considered as complete and fulfilled after 7 days of the delivery. Delivery Charges 1. The credit and debit cards are debited on the day of shipping by Potteries Antique Centre. All prices include Sales taxes ( where applicable) unless stated otherwise. 2. Delivery charge will be added at the time of check out, The amount charge will vary depending upon the weight of the item and the final destination of the delivery. 3. We try to process all orders within 48 hours where possible. Whist most of the items will be dispatched within 2 working days, Please allow 4-7 days for delivery within UK ; 7-10 within Europe and 14-21 days to the rest of the world. 4. The Potteries Antique Centre aims to arrange the shipment of all " in stock items" within 28 days of receiving the order. Although in most cases, the order will be dispatched sooner. Packaging At The Potteries Antique Centre we provide value to our customers by assuring the quality of the product and service provided. The Potteries Antique Centre has an exemplary reputation of over 20 years experience in delivering rare and antique products in a safe and secure way. Items are checked before hand and good quality materials are always used for packaging. The Potteries Antique Centre promises to deliver the most environmentaly friendly service by using recycled packaging wherever possible Deliveries to UK and Mainland Items mailed to destinations within the UK will be sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery or First Class Recorded Service depending on the value. The heavier items may be sent through UPS.The Potteries Antique Centre reserves the right to replace any of the above services without prior notice for a similar or an enhanced service. Overseas and Non - Mainland The postage cost per item should generally be shown in the item description. If it is not, then please email us for a quote and we will be pleased to help you. Items mailed outside the UK will normally be sent through Airmail . If a buyer requires an enhanced insurance or an expedited service, Please email the above for a quote before placing the order. Cancellation Policy 1. All the orders placed are automatically uploaded to our secure merchant processor (Paypal) which incurs fees. If you cancel the order BEFORE the shipment of the product, you will be charged a 5% cancellation fee before credit is issued. 2. If you cancel your order AFTER it has shipped, the " Returns Or Refund Policy " must be followed. 3. Orders which are refused when delivered will be charged all of the applicable fees listed above- including the return fee, our incurred shipping fees and a 10% restocking fee. The Liabilities Policy: The Potteries Antique Centre does not accept liability except as set out above for any errors and omissions and reserves the right to change information, prices, specifications and descriptions of the products listed.
